Absolute shambles of a Company. No other words
Absolute shambles of a Company. I will be closing my account with them. 7 days now without my email or website working. You just get automated responses saying check the status updates for latest information, which updates every 3 days or so. Coupled with that they say they have emailed me, I mean considering my main issue is that my email isn't working that just about sums up this diabolical company. Each ticket I've raised has taken a day or so to get a response and sometimes nothing at all. The one response I did get I waited 6 hrs for, went out for a late lunch and in that time they responded but closed the chat because I wasn't there. If I could give them minus starts I would. I and many others who use this service have had huge repurcussions personally as a result of this 7 days and counting unadvertised downtime.
