Despite having to wait for a call back, which was not more than 5 minutes, my problem was answered politely, professionally, and with patience and understanding. I never felt as though I was taking up customer service time. The person I spoke with seemed as pleased as me to have resolved the issue which was all a misunderstanding on my side.
