I needed an unlisted repair part for my printer
I needed repair parts for my printer. Some were available in the Creality store, but a small PC board was not. Ordering from the store was straight forward and those parts came within a couple of day. To get the PC board, I had to contact Creality support. It took two days, writing back and forth, to properly ID the part number. Each time I sent a message, Creality responded by the next day. I was very pleasantly surprised. The part is now in the mail and will be here shortly. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a support group!
