Best service ever! I was trained in customer service in the late 60s and the way I’ve seen most people act now, they don’t know anything about PR.
I couldn’t find a way to have text messages stop, as I needed to resign from Reverse Health. I wasn’t using it – wish I was. I tried it once and tried to go easy but was extremely sore the next day. I’m living with back hernias that prevent a lot of movement I’m probably too old for a back operation so I’m living on medication. RH has helped me before and they’ve always been positive, helpful, and polite. They are a joy to work with, keeping me informed all the way through, even though it takes a short time to get our needs met. Thank you, RH!
