good phones - terrible customer service
I like the Honor 200 Pro, had the Honor 20 and lasted me 5 good years so I do like the hardware. However their customer support is non existent. You email support, they never reply. The chat is hell. They simply don't know anything, and plus as soon as you reload the page the chat expires. God forbid you wait 30 seconds to answer the chat - they just hang up on you and you have to start all over again... I booked a return and they never picked it up. TERRIBLE.
