This was a great dissapointment.
I don't know what's going on behind their facade, but they constantly forget what the tickets are about and I constantly have to update with details I already gave them. You get a sense of some poor AI behind the scenes. Their cameras also have poor AI, they are only detecting persons randomly. AOSU doesn't want to refund the cameras, because I didn't buy them through Amazon. They don't even want to fully refund the subscription for the cloud storage, that I couldn't use, because they don't record everything they detect to the cloud, but only randomly. So they offered me USD 36 back out of the 120 USD that I paid for the subscription. The cameras also don't work with any of our Samsung devices, but only older Chinese phones.
