I downloaded this app and used for a few days of a free trial. I cancelled on the App and removed it and today, 3 months later, £79.99 has been taken from my account for a 3 month subscription. Support is just an AI assistant. I was asked for a screenshot of cancellation, which of course I haven't got. For some reason the cancellation didn't go through I guess - they can see not touched app for 3 months yet no refund. This is how they make their money. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL Additional note: I did eventually get a full refund - however that took some determined chat messaging with AI and then a 'real' customer support person.
