Purchased a litter robot 4 with an extended warranty. What a joke, 2 weeks ago I informed the support team it was not working. A faulty plug was apparently the issue, we have 2 and it is not the plug. 1 week later did live chat again and they agreed to send out a replacement base. Still waiting for the plug although was informed it had been delivered. Still no tracking for the base. Asked for a call back and nothing. These litter trays are the most expensive on the market so should last and provide good support. So far support has been really disappointing. Our very expensive litter robot is currently bring used as a very expensive manual litter tray. Hoping someone may actually respond after leaving a review.
