Slow shipping and processing
They carry a lot of brands but processing and shipping is so slow. I ordered something on Oct. 10 and still haven’t received the item yet. Suppose to arrive DHL Express within 3-5 business days. It's been over 2 1/2 weeks now and still no delivery.
