I ordered 2 tickets for Bon Jovi for my daughter who is 12 and my wife back in March and thought nothing more about, received all the email confirmations and receipts you would expect. I sent messages through WhatsApp for reassurance at the start, and this week as we got near to the date as I hadn’t received the tickets yet and was starting to worry, every time they responded explaining I will receive the tickets nearer the time and not to worry. I received the tickets today so I have thanked them. I won’t lie it is worry as the days count down but the tickets have arrived as promised and couldn’t get them anywhere else and they delivered as promised. Use the lines of communication especially the WhatsApp option they respond very quickly when you message them. Thank you Gigsberg appreciated
