Contacting the Caremondo Patient Care Team was the best decision for my specific question with regards to finding the right health therapy. In particular, the outstanding service - in terms of the professionalism and friendliness of the Patient Care Consultant - made us feel we were in the right hands. She was well informed about the specific issues we faced and asked for our patient records and explained the next steps of the process. After having sent all required documents to Caremondo, within 12 hours, the consultant sent us a response for the further steps of the process and a feedback of fitting hospitals for our needs. She explained everything transparently, detailed the further steps, and contacted hospitals about treatment possibilities. Within a couple of days, first therapy suggestions were sent by the hospitals via Caremondo with appropriate recommendations for the next steps to be taken. Even if the hospital could not provide a suitable therapy, they responded and suggested possible alternative hospitals and doctors. This way, we gained a very quick and deep overview for our therapy and hospital options.
