Nebulizer Works Better When Plugged In To A Power Outlet!!!!! Customer Service is hopefully learning to be more accommodating to customers who have problems with their Nebulizer
Bought a portable nebulizer from Elehealthy. It worked for about 5 weeks and then quit working and nothing would fix it, I tried everything they recommended. Customer service had me jumping through hoops like a circus animal. I sent them two separate videos showing that the green light was on, everything was assembled correctly, and liquid saline was present and not above the fill line. They FINALLY agreed to replace but only if I pay them $8.00 for shipping via Paypal. No thanks, moving on from this junk and this company. Goodbye and good riddance!!! To Elehealthy Customer Service: You have my address and nobody is stopping you from doing the right thing and sending me a replacement unit at no cost to me. Update December 4th, 2019: After several weeks of back and forth and, quite frankly, way more trouble than it was probably worth, the folks at Elehealthy did finally come through with a warranty replacement nebulizer and sent it to me at no cost to me. I received it a few days ago and it is working fine so far. This time I am going to try using the power cord and operating without any batteries installed to see if that will improve the lifespan. And I am storing it without the reservoir installed as I like to leave some solution in it so I don't have to refill it every single time. So far this combination seems to be working very well. I will post another update in a few more months.
