I purchased a designer bracelet and it came without the original box and pouch. Instead, it came packed in a Baltini box which I thought was strange. I reached out to the customer service team and had a reply within 2 hours on a Sunday. Within a few days, Baltini had contacted the supplier who confirmed a box and pouch should be included. 2 days later, DHL were knocking at my door with the box and pouch. This was sent straight from the supplier to Baltini to my door. Very impressive and professional service, shout out to Andre and the Team!
