NVR with POE cameras broken multiple time
Bought an NVR with POE cameras. After 2 years the Video outputs (both ports stop to work). I've contacted the assistance that told me the product was out of warranty and to buy a new one. (No spare parts to sell, also if the issue was just the power supply power converter). So I bought a new NVR. After 1 month the new NVR stop to record on the Hard Disk. Contacted the after sales service that other than asking for product information, pictures and video did not propose any solution. I'm asking for a refund, but do not advice to buy from this brand
