Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. If the price is too good to be true, trust your gut instinct because in my case it was. One hour after booking they advised rooms no longer available for my dates. Back on their website the same room was available but at near double the original price. Yes, they will refund you in 3-4 working days, so having worked in finance for years, this is an underhand way for this company to have use of your funds for that period. Disgusting practice and should be deemed as criminal. Now been on an epic email trail with this company with all the bland scripted responses fired back at me. Nothing they say or do will take away from the fact that this company engages in crooked fishing expeditions. They dangle that too good to be true price, reel you in, debit your account then advise booking could not be completed. Managed to book with a rival booking website at a smidge over their cheap price, would even have paid double the original with another company rather then touch this company ever again. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Follow on from this. The cheap rate is still showing, would be interesting to see if they “actually exist”. Refund processed 2 days later, so they had use of funds for 2 days.
