Do not buy anything from Eco Flow I spent £1300 on an air conditioning machine It stopped working whilst still under warranty cas - 20260624 1848892 I have corresponded with a robot I have emailed their customer support several times I have contacted their customer service team that covers the UK They keep saying they will provide a returns label but it is sent out by s third party. Again I contacted them today as this had gone on for several weeks. The operative does not know this third party but promises and does email them to say it’s urgent as we are disabled and temps in the UK are dangerously high. Still nothing Now i can only report them to trading standards and warn others DO NOT buy from these cowboys !!! Finally got a response after 3 weeks of emails of phone conversations where I was promised a returns label and a replacement if the machine couldn’t be replaced. They have offered an 8% discount on the latest model as no longer have the model we have now offer of repair and £25 towards a £1200 machine We are reporting them now to trading standards and the credit card company for breach of warranty
