Pingu Portable Handheld Fan
I ordered the Pingu Portable Handheld Fan (two, actually). It arrived within the expected delivery period and was packaged extremely well and securely. The fan itself was adorable and looked robust. It didn't feel cheap and the extra bits and bobs like the floater made it even cuter. Extra cute points for the eye stickers that you can change or pair to your liking to personalise your Pingu. Head can be tilted up down and side to side, which is handy, and it is very stable when perched on a table (especially when you pop the floater on the bottom). All in all it is a lovely cute portable fan that will get you through heatwaves, or an eye-catching keychain to your bag should the weather be cooler.
