Absolutely horrible experience with Teleflora. I ordered flowers for my mother’s funeral, and they completely messed it up, missing in delivering one of the arrangements during one of the most important moments for my family. I tried calling the same day to fix it, but the florist couldn’t even be reached, which made the situation even more frustrating and stressful. To make things worse, they offered a refund, but only gave me back half of what I paid. That’s unacceptable. This was for my mother’s wake, something you don’t get a second chance to do right, and they completely ruined it. I will never, ever use their service again. If you’re thinking about ordering flowers for something important, don’t risk it with them.
