Unbelievable
Unbelievable! especially in the current climate Indigo comes out flying high. Excellent genuine customer services on both LHR - BOM sectors. Thank you Indigo for providing a choice for a direct flight at extremely good value in new clean comfortable aircrafts. What more could a passenger require? I told the crew on my flight back E:01 BOM-LHR and they were so appreciative that I rated them the best airline that I had flown ever in half a century! Thank you Himayra, Namrata, Anjali, Sarita and Manisha for all you do for everyone as I watched the care that you took with all the passengers.
