Ordering a kotatsu through ZenMarket
I ordered a kotatsu and ZenMarket packed it with absolute care. Although the parcel had several dings from the shipment, the goods inside were protected and untouched! Thank you for your care and working with me along the way to order such a large item! (I love this thing!!)
