Wonderful Service
I had a faulty, and very old remote that I had real difficulty in replacing. I eventually found this company, I was aware they were in China which made me a little nervous, would there be import duty? (No) What would happen if anything went wrong? Anyway, long story short, after a minor hiccup at the start, then contacted them on chat and email. The guys at remotes world were awesome, extremely helpful and resolved my problem within 2 days, sending me great instructions on how to reprogram the remote using usb, they even gave me additional codes for other components, (as the remote they sent was a "4 in 1" and had spare capacity.
