customer service was miserable
this was my second time trying to order a device from bluetti and, unfortunately, this time i was successful. communications with your company are unpardonably slow and responses to questions were often incompletely answered. if i had gotten the proper responses i never would have bought the unit i ultimately received, so beware. lots of companies are offering very similar products to bluetti, but no one else seems to put so much effort into their advertising, which i think is a bit misleading at least by omission.
