Seller not received fees
Edit: I have now been paid for these tickets. It was a process which could have been much simpler with better communication however, the issue has now been resolved. I purchased tickets for teddy swims with no issues. My friend then couldn’t attend and I put them up for resale. Bought by another Gigsberg customer very quickly. I received several emails explaining the process of receiving funds back a number of days after the event had taken place! It is now 28 days since the event and as yet I have not received my seller fees.
