Scam
Scam - they advertise as if they were the hotel and pretend to be the hotel. Ask if you reached the hotel and they say you have reached the reservation desk BUT NOT THE HOTEL RESERVATION DESK. After the lie then comes the extra charges on your bill. They give you the room cost but not the extra charges. After the fact there is nothing you can do about it, you get screwed
