Cheap quality and terrible customer service, twice burned
I placed two orders with Fanatics. The first one had obvious quality issues (crooked, amateur-looking sewn logos on a "Nike" polo that looked like a cheap knockoff). They refused a refund and only offered store credit. For my second order I stuck to Nike items hoping for better quality. The college football t-shirt that arrived feels like a $10 eBay shirt, not a $35 Nike product, thin material and underwhelming overall. Fanatics is an official licensee, but the quality control is poor and their "no refund" policy leaves customers stuck. Lesson learned the hard way. Will not buy from them again.
