DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I wouldn’t even give one star if that was possible. Worst experience ever. I have proof of 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Within a month I lost confidence in this company and asked for return information. I was never given the address. Finally was escalated to vip support where they denied they promised a 90 day guarantee. I then put in a charge back to PayPal and Chase. After that I received an email from them that they would give me a full refund (over $3k) if I would withdraw my dispute. I called Chase and asked if I withdrew my dispute and they didn’t follow through could I put in the dispute again. I was advised by Chase not to withdraw. I then replied to their email with this information and asked again for return authorization and instructions with detailed invoices so I could insure each package correctly. Absolutely no response. They respond to Chase and PayPal saying I received the product and denied the claim. I’m still trying to deal with the credit card companies. Most of the order was done over the phone with one of their reps who called me several times a day and I finally had to ask him not to call with upgrades any longer. I was told by him if I ordered a years supply that if I ran out I’d get more for just the cost of postage. Then a couple weeks later I was charged and $50 for the membership. This was detailed on my invoice as a free membership. I asked for a refund. That was also refused. The last response I got from Chase was that I was denied a $2k charge back because I was given the product for free. Then what did I pay 2k for? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have screenshots of all this as proof. It’s not just my word against theirs. I have documentation. I’m really disappointed not only with this company but with PayPal and Chase because I expected to be protected by them.
