I've been buying from Lazada for over 10 yrs
I've been buying from Lazada for over 10 years.. Lazada is awesome, some sellers are not. 1. i can buy a tablet but receive a trinket. 2. Item might not arrive or come very late, or arrive damaged.. but its very rare. But all my cases have been handled very well by Lazada and i usually get my full refund.. so no complaints there. Just have to look out for scam sellers with no feedback and buy from more reputable sellers with good reviews. If something is too cheap, its too good to be true, its probably some crap scam seller. Only complaint i have is.. the emails i receive; whether for order confirmation or delivery update; i can never see the pic of what i bought and the wordings are all the way to the right of the email in a small little column.. and its been like this for more than 10 yrs. Come on already Lazada, please do better with the emails.
