Absolutely shamefully! Ordered flowers for a funeral. Ordered on Fri, paid extra and called on Sat to confirm they would be there in time. Assured they would be. Mon morning got a call at the time the funeral was starting to say they couldn't deliver, too far! The church did not move, they should be ashamed of themselves
