I've been using the face mask and neck device for 1 month straight, and so far am having a good response with my skin on level 3 for 30 min. The complete device is easy to wear--I love being able to see through the eye hole but still get light coverage around eyes and especially around my mouth. The customer service is quick to respond and take care of any issues.
