I am loving my JOVS devices. After doing a lot of research and trying other brands, I decided on JOVS 6D laser mask, the neck and chest mask and the EMS shorts. I am thrilled with each one and have been receiving comments about the appearance of my skin just one month later. Unfortunately I had an issue with the controller on one of the devices. Disappointed I contacted customer service and they not only answered my email quickly, they worked with me to find a resolve, made sure I was satisfied fully and taken care of with follow ups. Brand loyalty is something that matters to me. I love finding companies that do what they say and deliver so I can count on them being the expert and offering customer service like "the good 'ol days" that seems to be lost in the sauce with some companies today.

I loved my Jovs 4D laser mask! I have definitely noticed tightness and my skin feels more glowy. I will continue to use. And hightly recommend it! Also, the customer service is impeccable! Quick to response and have solutions. My hair HLL hair density dryer stopped working all of the sudden the red light wouldn't turn on and they were fast to responded to my email, and to send me a replacement! Really happy with their customer support!
My JOVS NECK AND CHEST MASK purchased 10 months ago is defective. I contacted JOVS CUSTOMER SERVICE. They responded within 24 hours. I sent them a video of my mask, as requested. JOVS is sending me a new mask and I do not need to ship back my defective one. This has been a very smooth process with JOVS. I loved this product and my LASER MASK I purchased from JOVS.
