What good are features that DO NOT work?
The turn signal won’t hook up with the Apple Watch App. I bought 2 helmets costing over $400 and one Apple Watch App first had a problem with no “compass”…and once I fixed that it just keeps throwing a ERROR CODE….”make sure your app is on blah-blah-blah” . Everything IS on and connected but I can’t get what I paid for. The other Apple Watch simply counts down 3-2-1-0 and then the option to “stop” with a thin red line above it…WTF???? $400? Help me get these working and an excellent review on Amazon and Facebook are yours, otherwise I cannot honestly recommend your product to anyone else. Also, why did I have to learn how to create a PDF so that I could Register my Warranty…so very inconvenient. UPDATE: I read your response, below, and it is now 5 days later and I have not heard from your company and I still have the same problems I had 5 days ago. If it is so easy to repair then please contact me by e-mail (find that in my warranty registration).
