Have been buying carpets from them for years ! They were good .I recently bought carpet for all the rooms was told by employee to buy the amount they suggested , now have several rolls of extra carpet which was such a waste and financially expensive. Carpets delivered initially were of wrong size and had to pay the carpet fitter the day rate although he could not fit the carpet, so generally lot of unnecessary expenses incurred , have complained to them and waiting for their reply
