Nike Fraudulent Company !!!!!
I've bought some Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble 'OG" Men's shoes Size: 14 My Son took them to France without the box all brand new and realise they were too big. So I've contacted Nike and asked them to send a return label at my Cousin's address in France where my Son was staying to be able to return the trainers and get a refund to be able to buy the correct size. My cousin helps my Son packing the trainers to be return back to Nike UK. She's used an empty Nike box (the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 (BV1358-003) ) belonging to her Son to send my Son's Nike Air Max 95 Bia Bubble 'OG When Nike's received them, they've emailed and told me my refund request was denied because My Son's sent them the wrong shoes. So I've contacted them asking proof of pictures proving we've sent the wrong shoes and they told me they do not provide proof . I've been back and forth with Nike for the past 11 days via email and their customer chat service to have my Son's trainers (Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble 'OG' Men's shoes Size: 14) returned back to my UK address and Nike has refused to return our shoes, denied us a refund or an exchange. Nike has kept Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble 'OG' Men's shoes Size: 14 I've paid £174.99 , Nike has also kept my money. Nike is a FRAUDULENT Company by keep Customers belonging for their staff. I will not buy Nike ever AGAIN😡😡😡😡😡😡
