I have been using the ACMER 24W/48W Laser for the past two years, and my experience with both the machine and ACMER’s customer service has been consistently positive. Prior to this purchase, I operated a 10W laser for approximately five years. When I decided it was time for an upgrade, an online review led me to choose ACMER. That decision has proven to be an excellent one. The performance of the ACMER 24W/48W Laser has remained outstanding. While I have encountered occasional operational or mechanical issues—as is expected with any precision equipment—the machine continues to deliver reliable, high quality results. My first reported issue occurred around six months after purchase, but I later discovered that the problem was due to my own oversight and was able to resolve it independently. Since then, I have submitted several support requests through ACMER’s service email. Despite time zone differences, their responses have generally been prompt, professional, and helpful. Some issues were straightforward and easily resolved. Others required more detailed troubleshooting, including diagnostic tests and video submissions for review by ACMER’s engineering team. In every instance, ACMER successfully resolved the problem, and today I remain extremely satisfied with the level of support provided. It is important to acknowledge that while ACMER’s service is strong, customers also play a role in successful troubleshooting. I have seen complaints online regarding slow responses or unresolved issues. In my experience, many challenges can be addressed by taking the time to understand laser operation, maintenance, and basic diagnostics. There is a wealth of online information available, including numerous instructional videos that explain how lasers work and how to achieve optimal results. Overall, I am very pleased with the ACMER 24W/48W Laser and the customer service team supporting it.
