Don't bother
I was concerned reading here that the fee is hidden until right at the end. I had spent about 25 minutes clicking though various prompts where it promised lots of information on a person I was looking for but nothing would take that long, plus it seemed to do the same searches (online social media) multiple times. I am sure it's a scam to get your money and my advice (which is free!) would be not to bother. Susequent to posting this I was contacted by IC who wanted a reference (I never worked my way to the end of their screens despite 20/25 minutes of trying to get a reference) and my personal contact details! No chance, that data would be who knows where within hours.
