Ciciful customer support not responsive.
Unable to reply to Ciciful response to my review from September 1, 2026 in the public thread regarding an item I paid for on August 1, 2026. Seven weeks late I have not received the item. They say it is stuck in customs. I live in an apartment in nyc. It shouldn't be hard to find. Please elevate this issue. Please respond to my post/ email me or call me. Let's get this figured out. 7 weeks later no item. No refund.
