Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Lazada billed me for red mart membership without my consent for over a year!!!! During that time I DID NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM REDMART. I asked for full refund and THEY REFUSED OUTRIGHT. And they keep sending my lazada purchases to a wrong email which I cannot find in account information to remove. And they did not know how to fix that. TOTALLY USELESS PEOPLE
