AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
After ordering a coat for my stepdaughter which said 12-20days, I waited 30 days before getting an email to say that it was 'in transit' this tracking info never changed for a further 12 days. I contacted them, and recieved a cheeky message saying 'BE PATIENT DUE TO COVID19' which was so unprofessional. after waiting an overall 6 weeks and still nothing, i got in touch with paypal. milanoo then sent another tracking number out (which was strange), 2 weeks later I recieved the coat but it was a kids age 12 not adults and it was a total different coat to what i priginally ordered. shocking service AVOID at all costs. currently waiting on a refund which i probably wont get.
