Waiting for three months now to repair my Smartphone
I bought an ELEPHONE P7000 Pioneer in February 2016. Delivery was fast. For four weeks it works ok, but after that display always turned off. I changed battery, but same behaviour. So I contacted efox. I got a return code for free shipping to Aukey Germany. It was on June 2016. After lots of questions when I get back my Elephone, I always got the answer to wait and to be patient and that they dont get it in china, but this is not my fault, cause Aukey Germany got the package the next day (delivery status DHL!). It's not ok letting the customer wait for three months with no message. Thats unbelievable! Never buy something there again, dont trust them! I dont know if it has an effect to call a lawyer, cause 180 € is much for a broken device :-( I dont think I get the Elephone back in a working state. I only can warn others to buy there!!! DONT BUY THERE!!! its not serious...
