Warranty replacement
Two years after purchasing the radiator, I noticed some imperfections and cracking in the paint. I contacted customer service and sent them a few photos. No additional questions were asked, and within just a few days, I received a replacement. Truly 5-star customer service! I should also mention that when I originally ordered the radiator, I underestimated the size I needed. I contacted the company to request a different size, and they handled the exchange quickly and efficiently, completing everything within a week. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products and takes such good care of its customers, both at the time of purchase and years later. Highly recommended!
