Change DPD, very slow and unreliable. Havent received my products yet… Whats the point in branded products when I could by similar swimming apparel in my own city, from Decathlon shop?

We have received one shipment of…
We have received one shipment of 250pcs, from china, not NL warehouse, we were not told this promise. Now the rest 500pcs items are on hold since novembre and we made the 5th DHL consignment note. Now they picked it up and guess what! Wonlex has asked back for the 10 boxes! What? And they say, oh DHL waybill number has expired please tell your shipping agent to make new one! Ahhh! So we have received goods before, so they exist but 12000USD worth of goods are now still to be shipped.
