Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Communications are very unclear which resulted in me having to pay $160 extra. We were relieve to recieve the product but very dissapointed in the quality and construction of the product. It came in 2 pieces, that you need to somehow try clip together and join through a weak zip. This means the bag can split apart easily during travel while carrying your expensive dive gear. This was not a good buy at all and I would not recommend this for any diver. Its very expensive for a badly considered and manufactured product.

Regarding the construction of the Bifins Hard Case, the two halves are intentionally separated for shipping to reduce the parcel's volumetric weight and minimize the risk of damage to the empty case during transit. The connecting zipper has been tested by our gear team and is designed to securely hold both halves together during travel, provided the recommended maximum carry weight of 35 kg (77 lb) is not exceeded.
That said, we understand your concerns about the design and the security of your equipment. We've forwarded your feedback to our gear team so they can take it into account when developing the next generation of this product.

I Just received my pro bifins 3 carbon. Il usually have 45 sized feet, but I ordered 44 with a confort fit. It s amazing how the foot pocket is at the same time confortable and perfectly adjusted. They are my most confortable fins yet. The blue lines are also beautiful to see. I was between medium and hard, I choosed a hard blade (95kg), they have still a perfectly flex and I can t wait to try them in real conditions 😍

How Molchanovs' "Integrity Team" completely failed on a documented case
Disclaimer: I sent Molchanovs' Integrity Team this exact review on Sept 12 to give them a chance to respond first. Ten days of silence later, here I am with my unpleasent experiences.
I filed reports against an instructor after a course cancellation dispute. What followed exposed serious problems with Molchanovs' own oversight process, not just the original conflict.
Inconsistent identity: I was told my case would go to a named decision-making board including Alexey Molchanov. The instructor was told the same "Integrity Team" was just "a new, formalized position." Two different stories depending on the audience.
Case numbers vanished: I received three case numbers (134, 136, 142). Every later communication only referenced "Incident 141 and 142." No explanation.
A false statement was ignored: The instructor told the team, in writing, she never used words like "anxiety" or "neurodiversity" about me. This is directly contradicted by her own earlier email, already in the team's possession as evidence. The final decision never mentions this.
Their own evidence standard wasn't applied: The team insisted decisions require evidence, not just statements. I provided full documentation. A provably false statement from the other side sitting in that same evidence file was apparently never cross-checked.
No response, twice: My detailed, quote-by-quote written statement from Sept 12 went unanswered. Then this happened.
After the underlying dispute concluded, the same instructor, already officially warned by this same Integrity Team over this exact case, sent me this, quoted unedited:
"I hope you will choke on this 50 euro. I also wish you to be scared and disgusted with yourself everytime you immerse underwater. I will recover from 50 euro within 30 minutes, Yet the lifetime wont be enough to recover from being a disgusting person."
Since molchanov claimed they have no interest in money exchange btw instructor and student, i had to file a chargeback through my bank and she lost it. According to molchanovs her communication is fine, no problem!
For an organization built around "integrity" and community safety, this is a troubling track record on actually applying either.
I have been impressed by Molchanovs products from the very beginning. The wetsuits are warmer, the fins are lighter, the masks fit better, and the buoy is the safest and most stable. I can recommend all their products 100%. I am happy to accept a slightly longer delivery time for them. All the best for the whole Team, Christian

I’m sorry our feedback request arrived before you received your order, and that you felt you didn’t have a clear delivery estimate. I understand how important the fins were for your competition, and regret that you had to purchase an alternative.
For context, PRO Line fins have an estimated production time of 8–10 weeks, as stated on our website. Your order was placed and submitted for production on June 30, and the fins were ready after eight weeks, within that timeframe. After completing the required checks and tests, our Moscow distribution center dispatched the order on August 31 and the order was delivered on September 18—three weeks later, within the stated 2–4-week shipping estimate. Customs clearance, public holidays, and remote destinations can sometimes affect transit times.
Our system sends automatic notifications at each stage—when an order is submitted for production, completes quality checks, and ships—along with tracking details so customers can follow its progress. We’re sorry if these updates didn’t provide the clarity you needed.
We also replied to your request for priority production on July 2 and asked whether you had a specific deadline or other requirements, so we could better assess the timeline. We haven’t received a reply to that message.
Your feedback will help us understand what happened and improve our service. We’ll also review why the feedback request was sent before delivery so we can improve the timing.

Ran into a bit of an issue in terms of destination country and shipping arrangements trying to get a wetsuit and nose clip delivered to Australia.
