However, we believe that the best way to truly learn how to swim with a monofin is to practise with a monofin itself. The monofin is designed with comfortable foot pockets and a soft blade, which helps minimise unnecessary discomfort and allows you to focus on your technique rather than on the equipment. Also, the CORE Silicone Monofin is lighter and easier to use than a full-size PRO Monofin. We hope you’ll continue training with the monofin. With regular practice, your muscles should gradually adapt to the additional load, and we hope it will feel much more natural and less heavy over time. Molchanovs team
