⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience. The quality of the rug was far below expectations, and I returned it immediately. Despite the product being sent back right away, Rugs USA still charged me a 20% return fee. Charging customers a significant fee for returning a poor-quality product is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again. Save yourself the frustration and your money. There are plenty of companies that stand behind their products—this isn’t one of them.
