No refund after 16 days
Have been waiting 16 days after they recieved my returned items for a response or update. RMA RHUK1043513 Spoke to AI agent on the phone, it can't help. Asked to speak to a human, none available. Left a message, no response. For a company backed by celebs, would have hoped for better - frankly this level of service is abysmal
