Do not buy from this company. They advertise 3 to 5 day delivery from the UK, but 8 days after ordering, tracking shows my case is still stuck in China. There is zero indication on their website that items ship from overseas; otherwise, I would have bought it much cheaper from another seller. On top of the misleading shipping, their customer service is terrible. When I previously received a warped case, they admitted the keyboard's metal plate was deformed (claiming it shouldn't affect functionality) and offered a replacement under warranty. But right after sending this message: > "Thank you for your patience. Our technical team has reviewed the issue and believes the keyboard's metal plate may have been slightly deformed. However, this should not affect its functionality or normal use, so please don't worry. > Since your product is still within the warranty period, we'd be happy to submit a replacement request for you. If you would like us to proceed with the replacement, please let us know, and we'll be happy to take care of it for you." > They completely blocked and ghosted me. Misleading claims, faulty products, and fake customer support. Buy from somewhere else.
