FIRST, Kim Was as good a phone contact as I could have asked for. Her phone voice is as good as your company could ask for. Yes I canceled my subscription but! MOST companies will go through a mile long list of things TRYING to get you to keep receiving product, Kim was very understanding. ONLY a STUPID person QUITS a product that is working for THEM but I have NOT experienced any of the effects I had HOPED for so canceling future shipments was needed and Kim was very understanding and helped me accomplish that.
