Aftersales NONEXISTENT!!!
A phone bought from efox-shop (Elephone S3) turns out to have CRAPPY FIRMWARE. As a result the apps that are the main reason to use a smartphone. (WhattsApp and several other apps) do not work!! Communication about this problem is virtually impossible. Both efox-shop.com and Elephone do not acknowledge the problem, and communication is a BIG PROBLEM, because of limited language skills and defect email-servers. I HAVE HAD IT!!!!!
