I spent three days trying to recover data from a drive only for it to simply stop each and every time. First at 20% complete, then at 5% complete and then a 2.2%. Deciding this software was obviously buggy - no messages or information to explain why - it will happily just sit there forever. Their website claims a '7 Day Moneyback Guarantee' but of course, the company refuses to honour it. You can draw your own conclusions from that. They also make it next to impossible to obtain support. Their 'AI' chatbot is typical of what you would expect from an 'AI' chatbot - it is used a a facade for support. There are no other options to contact them - I had to come here to leave a review to find that here they publish a contact email address - but not on their OWN website. Make of that what you will. This is not a company that is interested in helping the customer - it is just there to take your money and throw up any excuse or opportunity to keep it when it doesn't then work. I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback. Do avoid them and find someone more reputable.
