I will never shop online with them again and neither should you
I've been a customer with them for over a decade and have had ups and downs like food ordered not arriving or damaged items etc but you let these things go. However, yesterday and today pushed it too far and I will now NEVER shop with them again. A failed delivery for what ever reason is annoying but these things happen. But not being informed about the failed delivery and then spending up to 5 hours (!!!!) on the phone trying to get an answer to any question, trying to get a refund, trying to get anyone beyond a standard call centre person answering, trying not to get hung up on when they put you on hold or transfer you, trying to get any form of help or answer is completely impossible. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. AVOID!!!!!!!
